Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.

We carefully package all products to maintain their quality and ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged if opened or used.

Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within a few business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
